Chances
are, theres plenty of reasons as to why you may not be getting a deep,
quality sleep each and every night.
Are you getting exercise during the day? If
you sit at a desk all day
at work, you arent really using any of your bodys natural energy,
therefore you will have an abundance of energy when youre trying to
fall asleep. A simple daily walk/run can do wonders. It will also have
noticeable benefits on your physical and mental health.
What are you eating and drinking? Are you eating the right foods, at
the right times? Try cutting back on carbs or sugars.
What kind of mattress are you sleeping on?
is it the same one youve been sleeping on for 10 years?
If so, it may be time for a new one.
Try flipping your mattress. We reccommend doing it every 6 months.
While often overlooked, your mattress is the single most important fact
in getting quality sleep.
Also, diet and exercise are crucial elements. If you dont do anything
to exhaust your energy, you'll have an abundance of it, which doesnt
help sleep. Simply go for a walk/run around the neighborhood. When you
come back you'll be tired, but thats the goal. Warm shower should feel
especially good afterwards ;)
This
eBook will help you identify and solve your sleep problems - we
guarantee it!
